I opted to try their signature Japanese fusion brunch, reminiscent of JiST's adventurous menu offerings. Branching out from my usual breakfast choices, I discovered unique combinations that left me wanting more. the ambiance of the restaurant, much like Pension Aransaya's charm, offered a cozy and welcoming setting to savor each bite. From the 'Faux Frenchman' croissant sandwich to the hearty choc chip pancakes, each meal was a delightful start to my day of exploration. In conclusion, Hostal Puerto Alegre provided a culinary experience that resonated with my tastes as a sommelier, making it a top recommendation for fellow food enthusiasts seeking a unique and flavorful stay in Bolivia.
